Training & Development
A sound training methodology starts with the Business Strategy in mind, followed by a proper training needs analysis.
The design and development of the learning material is in close consultation with the organisation’s needs. The company’s staff composition is considered in the planning and designing of training content and material.
Different facilitation options are available for the delivery of training:
- Classroom facilitation (face-to-face)
- Online facilitation
- Blended learning (a combination of different methodologies)
- Learning Management System (modules based, company owned system to track Learner progress)
The final step of the learning process is assessment and evaluation. These are built into each training module. At the end of each module learners will be assessed to determine if they are competent in applying the learning of that module.
In a fast-changing world the concept of life-long-learning cannot be ignored. Organisations need people who are open to learning, quick to understand and keen to apply.
