Reflections2020 renders professional HR and OD Services on an ‘As-a-Service’ basis -providing a service on a non-ownership basis. This means that the customer ‘uses’ the product, instead of ‘owning’ it. It is a shift away from the traditional customer-supplier model – traditionally a model of ownership. Customers are the focal point in the ‘service-centered’ model, and they are in charge of value creation.

Reflections2020 utilises the ‘As-a-Service’ business delivery model to provide an opportunity for qualified Practitioners to practice the agility and digital muscle they developed during COVID-19. Those companies that will flourish in the end are the ones that discovered and use a new virtual relationship and leveraged those relationships through a new model.
