Elmien is an OD and HR Consultant with over 20 years business experience in various HR disciplines, leadership development, coaching and mentoring. She is registered at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in the category Industrial Psychologist since 2002. Elmien has impacted many organisations; industries and individuals – across all sectors.
