Reflections2020 host both virtual and physical assessment centres for recruitment and development purposes.

Virtual assessment centres vastly accelerate time-to-hire. It provides a thorough audit trail of data that can be used to gain better insights into the candidate experience.

It is time saving and the environment benefits as well – due to candidates no longer travelling as part of the recruitment process.

Assessment centres focus on creating simulations of work scenario’s through the combination of several group and individual exercises that measure specific outcomes.  It is a balanced and objective way of evaluating the candidate’s approach to work in a simulated, controlled environment.

Assessment centre services are used to identify a candidate’s potential and possible suitability for certain positions in an organisation. Assessment centres can also be used for developmental purposes.

 

Training & Development

A sound training methodology starts with the Business Strategy in mind, followed by a proper training needs analysis.

The design and development of the learning material is in close consultation with the organisation’s needs. The company’s staff composition is considered in the planning and designing of training content and material.

Different facilitation options are available for the delivery of training:

• Classroom facilitation (face-to-face)
• Online facilitation
• Blended learning (a combination of different methodologies)
• Learning Management System (modules based, company owned system to track Learner progress)

The final step of the learning process is assessment and evaluation. These are built into each training module. At the end of each module learners will be assessed to determine if they are competent in applying the learning of that module.
