Agile Leader

The Agile Leadership program is focused on empowering

teams and creating a work environment that is conducive

to self-organisation and self-management. Agile teams

collaborate and learn from each other. The focus is on

quality and continuous learning. Agile Leadership does

not micro-manage, nor create total freedom, but rather

equips and empowers people to form self-managing teams.

Agile Leadership is important because it emphasises the

importance of relationship building, valuing trust and mutual

respect, and above all, empowers others to grow and share in

decision making. Agile Leaders find a balance in looking at

failure where failure can be an opportunity for learning from

mistakes but also to have a responsibility to bear the consequences.

Failure also provides opportunities to learn and foster trust and

psychological safety in their organisations.
